Hold on with all you can
I'll hold back
Make a stand
And say this is all that I am
A bit broken but always true
I will always love you
A simple promise that only I can do

So take these words that I brave
Words that are hard to say
For more then spray
For more then strays
Words I pray
To find there way
Straight to the part of you that feels cloudy and gray

This poem was my response to my last, Reality. Something My friend

said I should do. This took 2 hours or rather went by in that time due to me enjoying a song while writing it. My little own driving motivation to finish it. Even tho the emotions are very different. It being a song of the pain of letting go and my poem based on holding on to the one you love. Showing them your real even if you both feel unsure. A little pre-Valentines poem. x3

This poem in the end was fun to write, easy to make and the only reason it took so long was me finding the right words to say and keep it flowing without slowing down. I hope to keep putting out more poems as good as this. ^w^
