I'd give up tomorrow to see your smile
So you'd know what you mean to me
You're the light to my small blue soul
A beacon to where I wish to be

I pray every night for just one moment
One chance to let my heart be known
The best and worst of me
The one I loved from long ago

So take these words as my last wish
You are my dream, my hope, my sweetness

I wrote this about somebody I loved long ago who came back in my life recently. It's funny how the heart can remember love so easily. It just clicks back into like it was yesterday. At least that's what happend to me. lol. I just wanted to share that.
